I've used Google Docs a lot over the past few years. Most recently, I used it to collaborate on an Excel-style sheet with a number of other individuals, some of whom were in different parts of the country. One of the great things about Google Docs is that it is updated in real time. In fact, when using the spreadsheet docs, you can even see when a collaborator is working in a cell! The cell will be highlighted with a note saying something like "YourFriend is editing..." You can also see if any other collaborators are currently viewing the document, which ,ight be helpful if you wanted to ask them a quick question via chat (or if you're old fashioned, by telephone!). Collaborative online office suites are a great way for everyone involved in a project to stay up to speed with updates and new information.
I never tried out the Forms feature in Docs, so I went ahead and made up a little something. Feel free to submit answers, if you'd like!
